Contact and demo submissions
The Contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message. The Send a Demo form collects the artist or project name, your name, email address, private listening link and any optional message. We use this information to respond to you, review your demo and manage related follow-up. Required fields are needed for us to handle your request; without them we may not be able to respond or review the submission1
We process these submissions to take steps requested by you before a possible business relationship and, where applicable, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the label, reviewing submissions and managing correspondence1
The forms use WPForms Lite to email submissions to us. The current configuration does not save form entries in the WordPress database, and WPForms Lite Connect backups are disabled. The email and service providers involved in delivering and receiving these messages may process the information1
Newsletter
The newsletter sign-up link opens a form hosted by Brevo. If you subscribe, Brevo and Trashz Recordz use the details you submit to send label news and release updates. The legal basis is your subscription consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter. Newsletter sign-up data is not collected through this WordPress site1
Website security
The website runs on Aruba Managed WordPress, provided by Aruba S.p.A. To provide and manage the hosting service, Aruba may process technical access and security data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and timestamps. WordPress security tools, including Wordfence, may also process technical data to detect and prevent abuse. We use this information to operate and protect the website and investigate security issues1
Recipients and international transfers
Information may be accessed by the people handling your request and by service providers for website hosting, email delivery and security. Aruba S.p.A. provides the Managed WordPress hosting and acts as a data processor for personal data processed as part of that service. Aruba states that its hosting services use data centres in Italy. Newsletter details are also handled by Brevo if you subscribe. Where another provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards under data-protection law are used1
Retention
Contact and demo correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond, review the submission and manage related follow-up, and longer only where necessary to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, except for the minimum information needed to record and respect that choice. Technical access and security data are kept only for as long as needed to operate the hosting service and detect or investigate security issues, unless a longer period is required by law1
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, data portability. Where applicable, you may object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect earlier processing.
